Having survived many years of the restaurant business, managed a music venue and then toured around the U.S., Europe and Japan as a road manager for a successful musician, Hollace decided to follow a deeper desire for a healthy & holistic existence and lifestyle by enrolling in the Therapeutic Massage program at the Massage Arts Center of Philadelphia in 2006. She is now a nationally certified massage therapist trained in many techniques including; Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, Pre-Natal Massage, Traditional Thai Yoga Massage and Hot Stone Massage.
Thai Yoga Massage has become Hollace’s specialty as she feels it is one of the most thorough body treatments a person can receive, not to mention it’s fun to stretch clients out & then see how amazing they feel! With any of her treatments, however, Hollace has a knack for integrating techniques to suit the client’s needs. Appointments can be scheduled with Hollace on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Friday evenings & occasionally on Sundays.
Deep Tissue
An intense therapeutic massage utilizing techniques that work deep in the muscle tissue and fascia to break up adhesions (knots) & relieve serious tension. Great for those with a “no pain no gain” motto!

Thai Yoga Massage
An incredibly thorough treatment that combines rhythmic compression, thumb point pressure and passive yoga style stretching to open the joints, relax the muscles & make you feel like you have a whole new body! Come dressed in comfortable stretchy clothing (you’ll be wearing them for the massage – no oils or creams) Feels like taking a yoga class without having to do the work yourself! (no yoga experience necessary – therapist will work within your range of motion)

Pre-Natal
A much needed treatment for mommy’s to be. Get relief of low back pain, tight hips, sore feet and anywhere else your changing body needs attention! Traditional Thai Foot Treatment
